Why we use it
We use submitted information to answer enquiries, assess referrals, respond to complaints, arrange repairs, manage volunteer interest and provide appropriate housing support. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in the website’s secure database and are available only through the protected staff dashboard. Staff access is authenticated and restricted to approved email addresses.

Professional referrals
Referrers must have a lawful basis and the applicant’s authority before sharing personal information. Albany may request supporting evidence during assessment.
