Albany accepts referrals from homelessness organisations, councils and other government agencies. Please read the process before completing the secure form.
Before you begin
We support people including ex-offenders, survivors of abuse, people recovering from addiction, people living with mental health conditions and people with learning difficulties.
If provisionally accepted, the applicant will be invited to an assessment at our office and asked to bring:
- Photo identification
- Proof of Universal Credit and housing benefit entitlement
- Current bank account details
- Evidence of leave to remain in the UK, where applicable
What happens next
The information in this form becomes the basis of a tailored support plan. Albany will keep the referrer and applicant updated through the assessment and, where a placement is made, provide periodic progress updates.
